Description
The greasable socket in K80899 lets fresh lubricant flush contaminants from the front stabilizer-link assembly. Black thermoplastic bushings and bolts are specified; washers are excluded.
Link construction
The Problem Solver powdered-metal Gusher bearing allows grease to flow to the stud to reduce friction. The socket is greasable so new lubricant can flush contaminants from the assembly. Wrench flats at the stud base provide a holding point for installation and removal. The metal link components are used with the separately specified thermoplastic bushings.
