Service Area & Pickup Information

Okanagan RV Parts is based in Kelowna, British Columbia and serves customers throughout Canada and the United States.

Local Okanagan customers may arrange pickup by appointment for eligible used RV parts. Used inventory available for pickup may include RV appliances, refrigerator parts, furnaces, water heaters, vents, windows, doors, electrical components, and other tested used RV parts.

Brand-new products are sold online and must be shipped to a physical address. Local pickup is not available for new products because these items ship directly from supplier warehouses.

Need Help Finding the Right Part?

If you are unsure which replacement part fits your RV, appliance, trailer, motorhome, fifth wheel, truck camper, boat, or other application, contact us with as much identifying information as possible. Manufacturer and model numbers, OEM part numbers, measurements, and clear photos are especially helpful.

For vehicle-specific truck or towing products, please include the year, make, model, and relevant vehicle configuration when applicable.

If you are contacting us about an existing order, please include your order number and the name or email address used when the order was placed. This helps us locate your order and respond more efficiently.

Many new products ship directly from supplier warehouses, while used inventory is shipped from our location in Kelowna, BC. Shipping availability, carrier, and delivery method can vary depending on the product and destination.
