How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to process and ship all used RV parts and new RV parts within 1 business day of purchase. Delivery time varies based on your location, warehouse availability, item size, and the selected shipping method.
- Standard Shipping: Most small and medium RV parts ship by Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, DHL, or another available carrier and typically arrive within 2–7 business days in Canada.
- Large Used Items in BC & Alberta: Larger used items such as used RV refrigerators, used RV furnaces, used RV water heaters, and other oversized used RV appliances may be delivered by local courier within a few business days.
- New RV Parts in Canada & the USA: New parts often ship from the nearest supplier warehouse, with tracking provided once dispatched.
For large, time-sensitive, or custom shipments, contact us before ordering for a more accurate delivery estimate.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We use several trusted carriers to safely ship both used RV parts and new RV parts.
- Canada Post for many smaller shipments
- UPS, Purolator, DHL, and other carriers for heavier or oversized RV parts
- Local courier service for large used appliances shipped within BC and Alberta
New RV parts may ship through different carriers depending on warehouse location, product size, and destination. Local pickup in Kelowna, BC is available by appointment for used RV parts only.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship most new and used RV parts within Canada and the United States. Many new RV replacement parts, including RV refrigerators, RV furnaces, RV water heaters, rooftop air conditioners, awnings, electrical parts, plumbing parts, and other replacement RV components can be ordered online and shipped directly to your door.
Large used items, such as used RV refrigerators and other oversized appliances, are generally limited to British Columbia and Alberta due to handling and freight requirements.

We do not perform installations. However, we may be able to refer you to experienced mobile RV technicians in the Kelowna area.

Can I return my product?
Used RV Parts:
- Used RV parts final sale due to the nature of pre-owned components.
- Used parts are tested before sale whenever applicable.

New RV Parts:
- Returns may be available depending on the manufacturer’s policy and supplier approval.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, and approved before return.
- Some products, including electrical parts, special-order parts, obsolete parts, and certain manufacturer-direct items, may be final sale.

Do you offer local pickup in Kelowna, BC?
Yes. Local pickup by appointment is available in Kelowna, British Columbia for used RV parts. This is often a good option for larger used items such as used RV refrigerators, used RV furnaces, used RV water heaters, and other used RV appliances or components.
New RV parts ship directly from supplier warehouses and are not available for local pickup.
Do you buy used RV parts or RVs?
We do not purchase entire RVs. However, we may buy individual RV parts from sellers in the Kelowna area if the parts fit our current inventory needs.
