How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. Delivery time varies based on your location, warehouse availability, product size, and shipping method.

• Standard Shipping: Most small and medium parts and accessories typically arrive within approximately 2–7 business days after shipment, although transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• Large Used Items in BC & Alberta: Larger used products such as used RV refrigerators, furnaces, water heaters, and other oversized RV appliances may be shipped or delivered using an appropriate freight or courier service.
• New Products in Canada & the USA: Many new products ship directly from the nearest available supplier warehouse. Tracking is provided when available after the order has been dispatched.

For large, time-sensitive, or unusual shipments, please contact us before ordering if you require additional shipping information.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

Shipping carriers vary depending on the product, warehouse, destination, size, and weight of the shipment.

• Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, and other parcel carriers may be used for smaller shipments.
• Freight and LTL carriers may be used for large or oversized products.
• Local or regional courier services may be used for certain large used items within BC and Alberta.

New products may ship through different carriers depending on the warehouse fulfilling the order. Local pickup in Kelowna, BC is available by appointment for eligible used RV parts only.

Do you ship to Canada and the United States?

Yes. We ship eligible products throughout Canada and the United States. This includes many new RV parts and appliances, marine products, truck accessories, towing products, trailer components, and smaller used RV parts.

Large used items, such as used RV refrigerators and other oversized used appliances, are generally limited to British Columbia and Alberta because of their size and freight requirements.

Can I order Dometic, Norcold, Suburban, Lippert and other RV parts online?

Yes. Many brand-specific RV parts can be ordered directly through our website. We carry new and used products from major RV brands including Dometic, Norcold and Thetford, Suburban, and Lippert Components.

Do you offer installation services?

We do not perform installations. However, we may be able to refer customers to experienced mobile RV technicians in the Kelowna area.

For major appliances, propane components, electrical systems, furnaces, water heaters, rooftop air conditioners, control boards, inverters, converters, towing equipment, and other technical products, professional installation may be appropriate to help ensure the product is installed safely and correctly.

Can I return my product?

Used RV Parts:

• Used RV parts are final sale due to the nature of pre-owned components.
• Used parts are tested before sale whenever applicable.
• Please confirm fitment before purchasing used parts.

New Products:

• Approved eligible returns are subject to our return policy and applicable supplier requirements.
• Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
• Return authorization is required before sending a product back.
• Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
• A restocking fee may apply to eligible returns.
• Electrical and electronic components and certain other products may be final sale.

Do you offer local pickup in Kelowna, BC?

Yes. Local pickup by appointment is available in Kelowna, British Columbia for eligible used RV parts. This can be particularly useful for larger used products such as refrigerators, furnaces, water heaters, and other RV appliances or components.

Brand-new products are online-only and are not available for local pickup. New products ship directly from supplier warehouses to a physical shipping address.

Do you buy used RV parts or complete RVs?

We do not purchase entire RVs. However, we may purchase individual used RV parts from sellers in the Kelowna area when the products fit our current inventory needs.
