Keeping the runners separated from hot engine oil is the purpose of the open Air-Gap layout on this Ford intake. Edelbrock 7521 is listed for Ford 289/302 applications, including the 5.0L 302 small-block V8.
For street use, the natural silver aluminum manifold operates from 1,500 to 6,500 RPM. It uses a non-EGR dual-plane design with square ports and a square-bore flange for a four-barrel carburetor. The air space supports a cooler, denser charge for power. Limited 1-year manufacturer warranty.
