293-series Dometic black-box compatibility

The Dinosaur Micro P-711 is designated for Dometic refrigerator lower-controller/black-box boards bearing a 293-prefix factory part number. It can support eligible two-way AC/LP-gas and three-way AC/DC/LP-gas arrangements. It must not be used to replace a 385-prefix Dometic black-box board. Those later controller families use separate Dinosaur replacement products.

Inspect the exact part number on the currently installed controller rather than relying solely on model names or an original parts catalog, because prior servicing may have changed the board. Confirm the eyebrow communications, thermocouple and 12-volt/DC-element wiring before installing a replacement.
