Description
This original-style thermostat knob is the hand-operated control on older Dometic refrigerator panels. If the original knob is missing, cracked or no longer turns its control shaft reliably, a correctly matched replacement lets you use the existing thermostat without changing the full control assembly.
The knob and the electrical or gas thermostat behind it are different components. Match the embossed manufacturer number and shaft connection on your original part. A similarly shaped power-selector knob is not interchangeable simply because it fits the same front panel.

Compare the manufacturer part number, refrigerator model or product ID, and the actual control-shaft fit before ordering. Inspect the condition of the actual used knob and confirm which mounting pieces are included before fitting it. A qualified RV technician should assess any faulty gas or electrical controls.
