UsedRVParts.ca (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) sells specialty new and used RV parts. Due to the nature of these products and industry-standard final-sale practices, all purchases are subject to the legally binding terms below.

By completing a purchase, you (“Customer”, “Buyer”) explicitly agree to this policy and waive any conflicting claims to the extent permitted by law.

1. Final Sale Categories – No Returns or Refunds

The following items are strictly final sale, with no returns, refunds, or exchanges:

• Special order products

• Non-stocked items

• Obsolete or discontinued parts

• Custom-made or custom-requested items

• Batteries

All sales are final upon payment authorization and capture. The Buyer assumes full responsibility for verifying compatibility prior to purchase.

2. Electronic Components – High-Risk Final Sale

All electronic components (including circuit boards):

• Are sold final sale, as-is

• Cannot be returned for any reason

• Are not eligible for dispute based on “defective” claims through the Company

Fraud & abuse notice:
Due to the high rate of part swapping and damage after installation, all electronic items are documented prior to shipment.

3. Payment Authorization & Fraud Prevention

All orders are subject to:

• Payment authorization and verification

• Fraud screening and risk analysis

• Possible identity verification requests

We reserve the right to:

• Cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion

• Hold orders pending verification

4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk Transfer

• Risk of loss transfers to the Buyer upon carrier acceptance

• Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed

The Buyer is responsible for:

• Providing accurate shipping information

• Monitoring shipment tracking

5. International Orders, Duties & Taxes

The Buyer is solely responsible for:

• Customs duties

• Import taxes

• Brokerage and clearance fees

Refusal to pay these charges will result in:

• Return shipment at Buyer’s expense

• Application of restocking fees

6. Returns for New Parts (Strict Eligibility)

Returns may be accepted only with prior authorization and at our sole discretion.

Requirements:

• Request submitted within 14 days of delivery (confirmed by carrier)

• Item is unused, uninstalled, and resalable

• Original packaging and all components included

• Item passes inspection

Fees & Conditions:

• 20% minimum restocking fee

• Return shipping at Buyer’s expense

• Original shipping is non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items (No Exceptions):

• Freight / LTL shipments

• Refrigerators, Awnings, Air conditioners

• Generators

• Oversized RV parts

7. Used RV Parts – Absolute Final Sale

All used parts are sold:

“AS-IS – NO RETURNS – NO REFUNDS – NO WARRANTIES”

Legal Disclaimer:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties are disclaimed, including:

• Merchantability

• Fitness for a particular purpose

Buyer Responsibility:

The Buyer assumes all responsibility for:

• Fitment

• Compatibility

• Installation outcome

No exceptions will be made for:

• Incorrect orders

• Installation issues

• Buyer error

8. Defective Products & Manufacturer Warranty

UsedRVParts.ca is not the manufacturer and does not provide warranties.

If a product is believed defective:

• It must be diagnosed by a qualified professional installer

• Warranty claims must be submitted directly to the manufacturer

We will provide:

• Manufacturer contact details

• Original invoice

We do not:

• Approve warranty claims

• Replace items under manufacturer warranty

• Accept returns for manufacturer defects

9. Installed Products – Non-Returnable

Any product that has been installed is:

• Deemed used

• Not eligible for return or refund

All issues must be addressed through manufacturer warranty channels.

10. Undeliverable & Refused Shipments

The following will incur a minimum 15% restocking fee:

• Incorrect address

• Unclaimed shipments

• Refused deliveries

• Mid-transit cancellations

Additional conditions:

• Original shipping is non-refundable

• Re-shipping requires new payment

11. Shipping Damage & Claims

• All items are packaged to industry standards

• Liability transfers to the carrier once shipped

The Buyer must:

• Inspect packages upon delivery

• File claims directly with the carrier

Failure to report damage promptly may void claims.

12. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes (Critical Section)

By completing a purchase, the Buyer agrees:

• This policy constitutes a binding agreement

• Chargebacks must not be initiated without first contacting us

Invalid Chargeback Claims Include:

• “Item not as described” where listing details were accurate

• “Defective item” for manufacturer-related issues

• “Unauthorized return” attempts outside policy

Dispute Enforcement:

We actively contest all chargebacks and provide:

• Proof of delivery

• Customer agreement to terms

• Product documentation

• Communication records

Fraudulent disputes may result in:

• Account blacklisting

• Collection action

• Legal recovery of funds and fees

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product

• We are not liable for:

  • Installation costs

  • Labor

  • Property damage

  • Loss of income

14. Indemnification

The Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless UsedRVParts.ca from all claims arising from:

• Product installation

• Misuse or modification

• Third-party damages

15. Agreement to Terms

By placing an order, the Buyer confirms:

• Full acceptance of this policy

• Understanding that all sales may be final

• Waiver of disputes inconsistent with these terms (where legally permitted)

16. Governing Law & Arbitration

• Governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada

• Disputes resolved via binding arbitration in Kelowna, BC

The Buyer waives:

• Class action participation

• Jury trial rights (where applicable)
