- 5160H chromium alloy coils undergo high-velocity steel-pellet shotpeening to compress the surface and increase tensile strength. Presetting fully compresses the coils to solid height, removing stress and fatigue to eliminate sagging. Each design is cycle tested.
- Precision-engineered springs combine vigorous off-road handling with smooth street ride characteristics.
- A pair of long-travel rear coil springs is supplied as JLUR403RDR for selected JL Rubicon 392 applications.
