This black, heavy-walled synthetic-rubber hose serves straight connections in marine wet-exhaust systems and engine-water circulation lines. The hose family uses two or four plies of synthetic cord; this version has two-ply reinforcement. It resists engine heat, exhaust fumes, ozone, mild chemicals, antifreeze and saltwater. Sierra describes doubled ozone resistance. The hose meets SAE J2006 Type R1 and carries a limited two-year warranty.
