Comes with mounting rail and hook device to pull it out with ease. This unit uses springs to help it roll. It has arms that come out of the case with it and get pinned into the ground rather than mounted to your rv.
Measures 9 ft 11 inches ( the case)
Previous owner said he never used the awning in all the years he had it. It could use a washing.
Plastic part of the casing is bulging out on one end, this can likely be fixed and doesnt affect overall functionality.
