Design details
- The kit increases ground clearance and street/trail flexibility with a design intended to provide a smooth ride without squeaks, rattles or vibration. Angled and offset strut extensions optimize shock performance as well as limiting wear.
Application details
- ReadyLift 44-35400 raises ground clearance while retaining the factory performance shocks through rear shock extensions. Fabricated steel rear blocks include integrated bump-stop landings.
- Boxed steel front or rear crossmembers work with a full-width front skid plate made from 3/16-inch plate steel. Front differential-drop brackets use 1/4-inch boxed plate steel, double gussets and a boxed center rib to resist differential twisting.
- Angled, offset upper strut extensions realign the struts to reduce wear. A lower strut preload spacer slightly increases spring rate to help manage the added unsprung mass of larger wheels and tires. Shocks are not included.
