Pair of short production-height stamped-steel valve covers for 1958–1986 Chevrolet small-block V8 applications unless otherwise specified. Heavy-gauge steel is twenty percent thicker than typical aftermarket covers, reducing flange leakage caused by over-torqued fasteners. GM-spec chrome plating, black Chevrolet and red bowtie emblems, oil-restricting baffles and air-breather/PCV grommets. Production-height small-block covers and baffled covers will not clear most stud girdle applications. Range offers tall and production heights. This licensed pair is two and a half inches high, perimeter-bolt mounted, with no gaskets, breathers or hardware.
