Crimp Tae4-38r-2 after stripping the cable to the proper length and seating its insulation at the lug edge. This tin-plated Pacer Marine lug has a closed end with no exposed seam. Epoxy-lined heat shrink adds full conductor enclosure for a waterproof marine connection.
