For 2008–2010 Ford 6.4L Powerstroke engines, Mishimoto MMINT-F2D-08KBK combines an intercooler with a polished, mandrel-bent aluminum cold-side pipe that removes restrictive bends. DuraCore-lined silicone boots resist heat, pressure, fuel and oil. The intercooler has cast-aluminum end tanks and an enlarged bar-and-plate core to reduce pressure drop. This kit belongs to a range offered with black or silver cores and carries the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty. Free accident-damage replacement requires photographs and a police report.
