Weld-in pipe connections let a qualified installer adapt this universal converter to an approved exhaust application. The 339106 uses 2-1/2-inch connections at both ends of its 12-inch oval body.

Universal installation requires cutting and welding by a qualified installer. CARB approval applies only to the exact vehicle and engine-family applications listed in this converter’s Executive Order. Confirm the vehicle, Engine Family Number and converter approval before ordering; connection diameter alone does not establish emissions compatibility.
