Okanagan RV Parts ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), operating UsedRVParts.ca, supplies specialty new and used RV parts.
Due to the nature of RV parts, including compatibility differences, installation requirements, shipping logistics, manufacturer warranty processes, and industry-standard return practices, the following Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases unless otherwise required by applicable law.
By placing an order, you ("Customer" or "Buyer") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Return & Refund Policy together with our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and Legal Notice.
Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any statutory right or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
1. Final Sale Categories – Non-Returnable Items
The following products are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for voluntary return, refund, or exchange, except where required by applicable law:
- Special order products
- Out-of-stock items specially obtained for a customer
- Obsolete or discontinued parts
- Custom-made or custom-requested products
- Batteries
- Chemicals, adhesives, sealants, lubricants, sprays, and aerosol products
All purchases within these categories are final once an order has been accepted and payment has been successfully processed.
Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility before placing an order.
2. Electronic Components – Final Sale
Electronic components, including circuit boards, control boards, electronic modules, sensors, igniters, displays, and similar electrical components, are FINAL SALE.
These items:
- Are final sale and are not eligible for voluntary return or refund.
- Must be diagnosed and handled through the applicable manufacturer warranty process where appropriate.
- Cannot be accepted for return once shipped, except where required by applicable law.
Important
Due to the high rate of damage resulting from improper installation, incorrect diagnosis, electrical damage, and part swapping, electronic components may be inspected, tested, documented, or serialized before shipment.
3. Returns for Eligible New Parts
We accept returns on eligible new, unused products subject to the following conditions.
Return Requirements
To qualify for a return:
- A return request must be submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition.
- All original packaging, manuals, accessories, labels, and components must be included.
- The returned item must pass inspection upon receipt.
Failure to satisfy these requirements may result in the return being refused or a reduced refund where permitted by applicable law.
Restocking Fees & Return Conditions
These return conditions reflect standard practices throughout the RV parts and specialty components industry, where many products cannot be resold once installed, handled, or removed from their original packaging.
The following conditions apply to eligible returns:
- Minimum 20% restocking fee.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the Buyer.
- Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Signature confirmation fees are non-refundable where applicable.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within approximately 7 business days after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved.
Non-Returnable New Products (No Exceptions)
The following products are not eligible for return or refund:
- Installed products
- Generators that have been used or had oil added
- Products damaged after delivery
- Products altered, modified, or missing original components
- Products returned without original packaging where resale is no longer possible
Orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier—including tracking confirmation, delivery scan, proof of delivery, delivery photograph, GPS confirmation, or signature confirmation (where applicable)—are considered fulfilled orders.
4. Used RV Parts – Final Sale
Unless otherwise expressly stated, all used RV parts are sold:
AS-IS • WHERE-IS • WITH ALL FAULTS • FINAL SALE
Each used product is visually inspected and, where reasonably possible, tested prior to shipment to confirm it is functioning at the time of sale.
Because used parts vary in age, condition, and previous use:
- Fitment and compatibility are the Buyer's responsibility.
- Installation is the Buyer's responsibility.
- Cosmetic wear, scratches, fading, discoloration, or signs of previous use may be present.
No voluntary return, refund, or exchange will be accepted for:
- Incorrect orders
- Buyer error
- Installation issues
- Compatibility issues
- Change of mind
Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
5. Defective Products & Manufacturer Warranty
UsedRVParts.ca is not the manufacturer and does not independently provide manufacturer warranties on new products unless expressly stated otherwise.
If a product is believed to be defective:
- It should first be diagnosed by a qualified installer or technician.
- Manufacturer warranty claims must generally be submitted directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their warranty procedures.
We are happy to assist by providing:

- Proof of purchase
- Original invoice documentation
- Available product information where appropriate
UsedRVParts.ca does not:
- Approve manufacturer warranty claims
- Determine warranty eligibility
- Replace products under manufacturer warranty unless authorized by the manufacturer
- Accept returns solely because a manufacturer warranty claim exists
6. Installed Products
Any product that has been installed, modified, altered, wired, connected, or otherwise placed into service is considered used and is not eligible for voluntary return or refund, except where required by applicable law.
7. Shipping, Delivery & Risk
