Description
Keeping the starter battery separate from an auxiliary equipment battery helps a service vehicle retain the power it needs to start. Vanner 52-75 uses a Schottky diode to isolate the circuits while allowing charging from a common source.
Rated at 75 amps, the isolator is intended for professional auxiliary-battery wiring, including emergency vehicle applications. It does not recharge a battery by itself: a compatible alternator or charger, cable sizing and suitable circuit protection are still required.
