Description
A turndown immediately after the muffler removes the over-axle tailpipe with FlowFX Extreme 717978. For 2015–2020 F-150 2.7-, 3.5- and 5.0-liter V6/V8 applications, that layout improves ground clearance and departure angle in off-road conditions. A deep-sounding FlowFX muffler and 3-inch 16-gauge mandrel-bent 409 stainless tubing produced maximum rear-wheel dyno gains of 18 horsepower and 9 pound-feet over stock. Hardware is included and factory mounts retained.
