Description
Flojet 01740002A strains incoming water ahead of a compatible Flojet fresh-water pump. The stainless-steel filter uses a 1/2 in hose barb inlet; compare the outlet connection and pump layout before ordering.
Pump Inlet and Hose Fit
This straight, in-line Flojet strainer uses 1/2-inch hose-barb connections at both ends, with a 40-mesh stainless-steel screen to catch debris before it reaches the pump. Install it upstream of the pump inlet with the proper hose and clamps, and allow access to remove the filter bowl for cleaning. It does not connect directly to a Quad snap-in pump port.
