Description
The 80636 uses four hard panels to cover the 2019–2023 Ranger’s manufacturer-designated 5-foot-1-inch bed. EnduraShield TPO panels are half an inch thick, framed in aluminum and finished in matte black. Capacity is 500 pounds evenly distributed.
The rotary rear release is reached through the open tailgate. Folding forward exposes two-thirds of the bed with the straps fastened; raising the cover onto its prop rods provides full bed access.

Installation and Use
The cover clamps to the bed without drilling the truck body. Bedliner trimming or a hole in a removable drain plug may be needed. Drive only with all panels latched closed or fully folded and secured by both buckles or both prop rods. Remove snow and debris before opening. Remove the cover before the truck is towed backward.
