6K–14K Hitch-Head Bolt Pack Contents
Equal-i-zer 90-02-9100 is the replacement hitch-head-to-shank bolt kit for 6,000–14,000 lb Equal-i-zer systems. The manufacturer identifies the 6K–16K bolt-pack hardware as two 3/4 x 5-inch bolts, four flat washers, two lock washers, two nuts, one spacer rivet and eight head spacer washers. The 4K hitch uses smaller fasteners; verify part-number and original hardware before fitting.
