Description
Reverse rotation is required for this long water pump’s specified 1988–1995 big-block Chevrolet application. Edelbrock 88530 is a new high-volume mechanical pump with a satin silver aluminum body.
A precision powdered-metal impeller and computer-designed passages support flow and pressure, distributing coolant to both sides of the block within 1 percent. Flow is in one direction only. The street/racing pump is intended to help prevent overheating in compatible street rods, street machines, tow rigs and motorhomes.
