Description
A cleanable or replaceable sintered-bronze element gives this gasoline filter its 40-micron rating. Edelbrock 8157 is a complete inline assembly for carbureted engines making less than 300 horsepower.
The bidirectional billet-aluminum filter is black anodized, measuring 3 inches by 1-1/8 inches in diameter. Push-on inlet and outlet connections are listed at 3/8 inch (-6 AN). The housing provides strength and shock resistance. No hose, gasket or mounting hardware is included; installation is estimated at 0.5 hour. Limited 1-year manufacturer warranty.
