Description
An open space beneath the runners separates the intake charge from hot engine oil in this RPM Air-Gap manifold. Edelbrock 7501 applies that design to Chevy small-block V8 engines of 262–400 cubic inches.
The dual-plane manifold operates from 1,500 to 6,500 RPM with a four-hole square-bore flange for a four-barrel carburetor. The Air-Gap layout promotes a cooler, denser charge for power; alternator and A/C brackets are accepted for street installation. Racing use is specified for this natural silver, non-EGR aluminum manifold. Limited 1-year manufacturer warranty.
