Description
The Draw-Tite 75712 Max-Frame is a vehicle-specific Class III rear trailer hitch designed for 2007–2017 Jeep Compass and Jeep Patriot models. Its solid all-welded steel construction and 2-inch receiver provide a durable mounting point for compatible trailers, bike racks, cargo carriers and other hitch-mounted accessories.
Rated for up to 3,500 lb gross trailer weight and 525 lb tongue weight, this hitch mounts using existing vehicle holes with no drilling required.

Installation Notes
For all listed applications:
- Uses existing vehicle mounting holes
- No drilling required
- Do not use with spring bars
For 2007–2010 Compass and Patriot applications, installation is listed at approximately 15 minutes.
For 2011–2017 Compass and Patriot applications, fascia trimming is required, with installation listed at approximately 30 minutes.

The ball mount is not included.
This hitch is not rated for weight-distribution use, and the listed applications specifically state not to use spring bars.
The stated 3,500 lb trailer weight and 525 lb tongue weight are hitch ratings and do not increase the vehicle manufacturer's towing, payload, GVWR or axle ratings. Always follow the lowest-rated component in the complete towing system.
