Description
A seeping lower oil pan on a 3.8L Wrangler calls for the correct engine-specific gasket rather than a universal cut-to-fit seal. Crown 4448896AB is the metal-and-silicone oil-pan gasket for this engine family, also used by select Chrysler and Dodge V6 minivans.
It is supplied as one gasket, not a complete oil-pan kit or pickup-tube seal set. For the Jeep JK, Crown lists the 2007-2011 model years with the 3.8L V6 only. Confirm the engine and mating surfaces during service; the newer 3.6L JK has a different oil-pan arrangement.
