Description
Solar installations may require a local switch that isolates both DC circuits before servicing wiring or charge-control equipment. AIMS Power 1004532 is a dual solar disconnect device made for that purpose; it does not regulate panel output by itself.
Plan the enclosure location, conductor sizes and permitted voltages around the actual switch rating. An installer should check the complete array and disconnect requirements before the unit is fitted.
