Hot Rod and Classic Car SAE 10W-30 four-stroke oil uses paraffinic base oils and high levels of zinc, molybdenum and phosphorus for a thicker protective additive film under severe conditions. It strengthens the film between cylinder walls and piston rings, slows oil burning and improves pressure in worn engines. Cold-temperature performance and high-temperature resistance suit racing use; compatible with methanol, all racing fuels and synthetic or non-synthetic oils. Intended for muscle, showroom, classic and trophy cars without catalytic converters; not recommended for passenger-car use. The supplied specification classifies this five-quart oil as synthetic.
