UsedRVParts.ca (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) ships new and used RV parts across Canada and the United States.

By placing an order, you (“Customer”, “Buyer”) agree to this Shipping Policy, which forms part of our Terms of Service and Return Policy.

1. Product Image Disclaimer

Product images are for reference only and may include:

Stock photos
Manufacturer-provided images
Representative examples

Actual items may differ in:

Appearance
Color
Labels or branding
Packaging
Wear (for used items)

These differences do not constitute grounds for return, refund, or dispute.

2. Estimated Delivery Times (Non-Guaranteed)

Canada & United States: 2–7 business days (estimated)

Delivery timelines are not guaranteed and may vary due to:

Carrier delays
Weather conditions
Remote delivery areas
Customs processing
High-volume periods

Delays do not qualify for refunds, credits, or cancellations.

3. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are processed after payment authorization
Tracking information is provided once shipped

Additional conditions:

Orders may ship in multiple packages
Items may ship from different warehouse locations (Canada or U.S.)
Partial shipments do not constitute incomplete fulfillment

4. Risk of Loss & Shipment Responsibility

Risk of loss transfers to the Buyer once the shipment is accepted by the carrier.

Once shipped:

The carrier assumes responsibility for delivery
The Buyer is responsible for tracking and receiving the shipment
The Buyer is responsible for ensuring a secure delivery location

UsedRVParts.ca is not liable for:

Loss
Theft
Delay
Damage during transit
Porch piracy or stolen packages after delivery

Important:

All shipping damage or loss claims must be filed directly with the carrier. We may assist with documentation but are not responsible for claim outcomes.

Once tracking indicates a shipment has been delivered, including proof of delivery, delivery scan, photo confirmation, GPS confirmation, or signature confirmation where applicable, the order will be considered fulfilled and delivered.

5. Signature Confirmation & Delivery Security

To help protect against lost or stolen packages, UsedRVParts.ca may require signature confirmation on select shipments at our discretion, including higher-value orders.

If signature confirmation is required:

The carrier may attempt delivery multiple times
The Buyer is responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the shipment
Packages signed for at the delivery address cannot later be claimed as undelivered

Failure to accept a shipment requiring signature confirmation may result in:

Return shipping charges
Re-delivery fees
Restocking fees where applicable

6. Shipping Damage & Claims

Upon delivery, the Buyer must:

Inspect all packages immediately
Note any visible damage with the carrier
Report issues within 5 business days of delivery

For claims:

Photos of packaging and product are required
Claims must be submitted directly to the carrier

Failure to report damage promptly may void claim eligibility.

7. Additional Shipping Charges

We reserve the right to adjust shipping charges in cases including:

Oversized or overweight items
Remote or rural delivery locations
Carrier rate calculation errors

If additional charges apply:

The Buyer will be contacted for approval
Orders will not ship until approved

Failure to approve may result in order cancellation.

8. Shipping Terms – New vs. Used RV Parts

8.1 New RV Parts

Typically shipped in manufacturer packaging when available
May ship from supplier warehouses in Canada or the United States

Returns (if approved):

Must follow the Return Policy
Are subject to restocking fees
Shipping charges are non-refundable

8.2 Used RV Parts

All used parts are sold:

AS-IS – NO RETURNS – NO REFUNDS – NO WARRANTIES

The Buyer acknowledges:

Cosmetic wear is expected
Functional testing may be performed prior to shipment

UsedRVParts.ca is not responsible for:

Fitment or compatibility
Installation outcomes
Buyer error

9. Backorders & Inventory Errors

If inventory discrepancies occur:

The Buyer will be notified
A revised timeline will be provided

The Buyer may cancel for a full refund prior to shipment.

Once shipped, standard policies apply.

10. Buyer Responsibilities

The Buyer agrees to:

Provide accurate shipping information
Monitor tracking and delivery
Ensure delivery access when required
Be available for signature-required deliveries where applicable

The Buyer is responsible for:

Compatibility verification
Proper installation
Product use

11. Shipping Costs & Non-Refundable Charges

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

All shipping-related costs are non-refundable, including:

Outbound shipping
Return shipping
Re-delivery fees
Signature confirmation fees where applicable

If a return is approved:

Original shipping is not refunded
Return shipping remains the Buyer’s responsibility

12. Undeliverable, Refused, or Returned Shipments

The following may incur a minimum 15% restocking fee:

Incorrect or incomplete address
Refused deliveries
Unclaimed shipments
Carrier returns due to inaccessibility
Failure to accept signature-required deliveries

Additional conditions:

Original shipping is non-refundable
Return shipping charges may apply
Re-shipping requires new payment

13. Canada & United States Shipping

We currently ship within Canada and the United States only.

Domestic Shipments

Orders shipped within the same country (Canada → Canada or U.S. → U.S.) are not subject to duties or tariffs.

Canadian orders are subject to applicable GST/HST/PST based on province
U.S. orders are not charged sales tax by UsedRVParts.ca

New RV Parts (Canada & U.S.)

New RV parts are shipped from the nearest supplier warehouse within the country of purchase whenever possible.

Orders fulfilled domestically do not incur duties or tariffs
In limited cases where cross-border shipping occurs, shipments are typically duty-free under current trade agreements

Used RV Parts (Cross-Border – Canada to U.S.)

Used RV parts ship from our facility in Canada.

For U.S. customers:

Orders may be subject to duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees
These charges are the responsibility of the Buyer

International Shipping (Outside Canada & U.S.)

We do not ship internationally outside of Canada and the United States.

Refused Shipments (Duties & Fees)

If applicable duties or import charges are refused:

The shipment may be returned at the Buyer’s expense
Restocking fees may apply in accordance with our Return Policy

14. Payment Authorization & Processing

Payment is captured at time of purchase or shortly after
Orders are not processed until payment is approved

We reserve the right to:

Delay shipment for verification
Cancel high-risk orders
Require additional verification for suspicious transactions
