The Pollak 11-893 7-way RV trailer wiring socket is a vehicle-side OEM replacement connector designed for 12-volt, 30-amp trailer wiring applications. Built for exposed mounting environments such as beneath the rear bumper of pickup trucks and SUVs, the socket incorporates multiple sealing and drainage features to help protect its electrical connections against moisture, dirt and road debris.
Tin-plated copper-alloy terminal pins provide high conductivity and reduced electrical resistance, while the rear terminals are sealed with silicone to help prevent moisture from reaching the mating connections.
