Used Norcold 637540 Gas Valve & 638982 Burner Tube Bundle

This used Norcold gas-valve and burner-tube combination is identified by two separate manufacturer numbers: 637540 for the gas valve service replacement and 638982 for the 1200-series burner-tube service replacement. The historical used assembly listing describes them together with gas-valve mounting bracket 628993. It is a grouped salvage-item reference, not two individually stocked parts or a promise that every factory service-kit accessory is included.

Model-specific Norcold 1210 and 1211 illustrated parts lists identify both 637540 and 638982 within the refrigerator burner and gas-valve section. The service charts also distinguish earlier equipment by serial number. For example, the 1201LRIMSS gas valve chart lists 637540 for serial 9186771 and above; this threshold must not be applied to every refrigerator model. Burner-tube and gas-valve serial restrictions can differ.

Before purchasing or installing any used propane-system component, compare the original part markings, bracket geometry and burner tube connections with the exact refrigerator model and serial number. Confirm the presence of each piece on the physical item. Gas components should be inspected and installed by a qualified RV technician, with all required safety checks.

Fitment warning: A manufacturer service-kit number does not by itself prove that a salvaged bundle contains all new-kit accessories. Do not assume this assembly fits an earlier-serial refrigerator, and do not order it in place of an individual valve or tube without checking the component requirements.

Photo and condition note: Because multiple used units of this part may be available, the item shipped may differ slightly from the photos in appearance or cosmetic condition. You will receive an original OEM component matching the manufacturer part number (MPN) stated in this listing.
