The acid-based 092200 cleaner removes hull deposits, alkali water rings and yellow buildup. It can irritate skin: wear protective gear, use suitable application equipment and follow proper disposal practices.
Cleaning Procedure
Remove the boat from the water and let deposits dry completely. Above-waterline stains may be treated while the boat remains afloat. Apply to the dry hull with an all-plastic sprayer, non-nylon roller or brush.
Keep deposits wet and foaming, reapplying as needed. After about 10 minutes of foaming, rinse with water. Heavy deposits may need repeated applications and light scraping. Flush a used sprayer with fresh water before storage.
