Design details
- Pro PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) AN fittings handle standard gasoline, E10, E85 and methanol, including the corrosive effects of alcohol-added fuels. Operating pressure is 750–1,000 PSI, burst pressure up to 4,500 PSI, and temperature range -40°F to 350°F. One-piece CNC-machined 6061 aluminum replaces standard brazed joints, with thicker walls, larger outside diameter and mandrel bends across the range. The easy-to-assemble, leak-free connection supports custom routing in high-pressure systems.
Application details
- Russell 550653 connects Pro PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) AN hose in fuel systems using standard gasoline, E10, E85 or methanol. The hose end accommodates alcohol-containing fuels and supports custom routing.
- A one-piece, CNC-machined 6061 aluminum body replaces the brazed-joint construction of standard hose ends. Mandrel bends, thicker walls and a larger outside diameter are paired with a black anodized finish and an easy-to-assemble connection.
