The four-cylinder Prestolite conversion replaces points with an Ignitor module. It gives self-contained electronic ignition.
Product details
Ignitor replaces breaker points and troublesome factory electronic ignition with a dependable, self-contained, maintenance-free system. Quick installation leaves it nearly undetectable beneath the distributor cap, without a separate black box in the engine compartment. Flame-Thrower 40000-volt coils provide optimal performance. The Ignitor range has served race-car through tractor applications for over thirty years. For selected Prestolite four-cylinder applications, including 1975–1982 Allis Chalmers tractors with the Continental F163 engine.
