Patented outboard-engine test-tank cleaner emulsifies oil in water and leaves it suspended, removing surface slicks so lower units emerge clean without wiping. Use at a 50:1 ratio. The non-foaming formula removes oil and dirt, cleans water passages and can clean up oil spills. Biodegradable, environmentally friendly and phosphate-free, with a pleasant fragrance that neutralizes foul odors. Safe for rubber impellers and hoses. Supplied as 128 fluid ounces.
