Descripción
GM calls the middle bed length its standard box, but tonneau dimensions are unforgiving. Extang 88450 is the Solid Fold ALX corresponding to an approximately 6-foot-6-inch Silverado/Sierra cargo bed.
The cover pairs tough one-inch composite-faced sections with rigid aluminum reinforcement and fold hinges. Opening is controlled by a one-hand rotary latch, and Jaw-Grip clamps simplify removal. Unlike flexible cloth covers, its panels carry up to 600 lb when that weight is distributed evenly.

Fitment and ordering guidance
Published for selected 2014–2024 Silverado/Sierra 1500 and 2015–2019 Silverado/Sierra 2500/3500 trucks with the approximately 6 ft 6 in bed. Confirm exact generation, bed length and trim before purchase.
The 88450 cover is longer than 88445 and shorter than 88455; truck model name alone does not select the correct cover.
