Last Updated: August 8, 2026
Effective Date: August 8, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of UsedRVParts.ca (the "Site") and all purchases made through it.
Okanagan RV Parts, operating the website UsedRVParts.ca ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), supplies specialty new and used RV parts.
By accessing the Site or completing a purchase, you ("User", "Customer", or "Buyer") agree to these Terms together with our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and Legal Notice, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the agreement between you and Okanagan RV Parts.
"Voluntary return" means a return that is not required under applicable consumer protection or other mandatory law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any right, remedy, warranty, condition, or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
1. Product Condition, Representation & Availability
1.1 Used RV Parts
Unless otherwise expressly stated, used RV parts are sold:
AS-IS • WHERE-IS • WITH ALL FAULTS • FINAL SALE
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- Used products are not eligible for voluntary return, refund, or exchange.
- Cosmetic wear, aging, discoloration, scratches, prior installation marks, and other evidence of previous use may be present.
- Functional testing may be performed before sale but does not create an additional warranty beyond any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
- The Buyer is responsible for confirming compatibility, condition requirements, and suitability before purchase.
Where a product is sold by description, applicable statutory rights concerning correspondence with that description continue to apply. B.C.'s Sale of Goods Act, for example, provides an implied condition that goods sold by description correspond with that description.
1.2 New RV Parts
New RV parts may be covered by a manufacturer warranty where offered by the manufacturer.
Unless otherwise expressly stated:
- Okanagan RV Parts does not provide a separate manufacturer warranty.
- Warranty eligibility and remedies are determined by the applicable manufacturer.
- Manufacturer warranty procedures may require diagnosis, documentation, serial numbers, photographs, or inspection.
- Certain manufacturers may require customers to deal directly with them.
We will provide reasonable assistance, including proof of purchase or manufacturer contact information where appropriate.
1.3 Electronic Components
Electronic components, including circuit boards and similar electrical control components, are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for voluntary return or refund once purchased, except where required by applicable law or expressly permitted under our published policies.
Customers are responsible for proper diagnosis before ordering electronic components.
1.4 Product Listings, Pricing Errors & Availability
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate product descriptions, pricing, specifications, compatibility information, images, and inventory availability.
However, errors and inventory discrepancies may occur.
Subject to applicable law, we reserve the right to:
- Correct pricing, description, image, specification, or inventory errors.
- Update product information without prior notice.
- Cancel an order affected by a material pricing, listing, or inventory error.
- Discontinue or remove products from sale.
Where an order is cancelled before fulfillment because of such an error, any amount collected for the affected product will be refunded.
Nothing in these Terms permits false or misleading representations. Canadian competition law prohibits materially false or misleading marketing representations.
2. Pricing, Payment & Fraud Prevention
Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars, U.S. dollars, or another currency where specifically indicated.
Prices and availability may change without notice before an order is completed.
